Ο ιδιοκτήτης του ξενοδοχείου μας πήρε από το λιμάνι δωρεάν (η χρέωση ήταν 5 ευρώ για να μας οδηγήσουν πίσω στο τέλος της διαμονής) και μας έδειξε το ξενοδοχείο. Το δωμάτιό μας ήταν απλό με δύο μονά κρεβάτια, ένα ψυγείο, ένα γραφείο και ένα ιδιωτικό μπάνιο. Ήταν καθαρό και ακριβώς αυτό που θα περίμενα σε έναν ξενώνα. Το wifi επίσης δούλευε παντού. Το ξενοδοχείο βρίσκεται στο κεντρικό δρόμο στην Περίσσα, που είναι αρκετά μακριά από την Οία και τα Φηρά, αλλά με τη Σαντορίνη να έχει μήκος λιγότερο από 40 χιλιόμετρα, μπορεί κανείς να κάνει το γύρο του νησιού σε μία μέρα, ακόμη και μένα αργό τετράτροχο ή με σκούτερ. Κάναμε το γύρο και περάσαμε υπέροχα. Κοντά στο ξενοδοχείο μπορεί να βρει κανείς καταστήματα που ενοικιάζουν αυτοκίνητα, εστιατόρια, μαγαζιά και φούρνους. Όλα όσα χρειάζεται κανείς σε καθημερινή βάση. Η Περίσσα έχει πολλά μπαρ και εστιατόρια κοντά στην παραλία, αν και το Σεπτέμβριο ήταν ήδη όλα σχεδόν άδεια. Αν και πολλοί ντόπιοι μας είπαν ότι τον Ιούλιο και τον Αύγουστο η Περίσσα είναι το πιο δημοφιλές μέρος για να επισκεφτεί κανείς. Για 20 ευρώ τη βραδιά, εντυπωσιαστήκαμε πολύ απ΄αυτό το ξενοδοχείο. Θα έμενα εδώ ξανά, την περίοδο υψηλής ζήτησης, χωρίς δισταγμό.…

Μείναμε πολύ ευχαριστημένοι από τη διαμονή μας στο ξενοδοχείο. Ή πισίνα είναι τέλεια, ο κύριος Γιάννης πάντα πρόθυμος να μας βοηθησει για ότι χρειαζόμασταν και το δωμάτιο ότι πρέπει. Εαν το κανονισετε κιολας μπορει να ερθει να σας παρει απο λιμάνι ή αεροδρομιο, με το ανάλογο κόστος βέβαια την κάθε φορά. Το μόνο μειονέκτημα του το Wi-Fi. Δεν επιανε παντού πολύ καλά μέσα στο δωμάτιο.

We really enjoyed our stay at Petra Nera. It is very clean and spacious. We had a four bed room with a tiny kitchenette that had a mini fridge and a stove top. It is two blocks from the beach and has a good size pool with lounge chairs. The wifi worked really well in the lobby but not so great in the room. It is directly across the street from a grocery store and two ATV rental places where you can get an ATV for 20 Euro a day. It is quite far from Fira and Oia but the bus station is right outside the hotel. I would suggest ATVs to get up to Fira and Oia. We really enjoyed our stay!

After a couple of days hanging around Greece I arrived at this hotel with my friend. The atmosphere was chilling (after days of traveling around noisy places!) and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is super clean, AC works perfectly. The location is in the centre of Perissa, so it will take a couple of min to the beach, but it will require an hour to Oia (the place with the cute-postcard-white houses) with two buses and 20 min to Fira, the centre of the island. However, the bus stop is 50 mts from the hotel and there are plenty of nice restaurants and bars around, as well as supermarkets. In addition, the breakfast comes included and it is plentiful. All in all, a nice and chilling place to stay, for a reasonable good price.

Stayed in a double room here in peak season, it wasn't cheap but cheapest we could find for santorini. We were happy with our choice! Located in perissa which isn't the main tourist side of the island which if you're a backpacker like myself or anyone who isn't a millionaire this is a good thing! Perissa beach is a 10 minute walk, supermarket and 24hr bakery across the road and quad bike rental 200m down the road. Air-conditioned rooms which is important at this hot time out room also had a balcony overlooking the pool. Here's a tip; listen to the owners recommendations about where to eat, delicious!

We arrived at Santorini airport at 7pm having no accommodation booked and were very lucky to be given this hotel details from the hotel finder agency there. The manager collected us, and although the room on our 1st night was very small, we were given a lovely room for the rest of our 5 night stay. The hotel is spotless, with a lovely pool, very helpful and friendly staff and in a good location in the much cheaper resort of Perissa, only a 10 minute walk to the beach and lots of good restaurants.A good breakfast was included in the price of the room, served in a very clean breakfast room.We were given a lift to the ferry port, picked up again there on our return after visiting Paros and Naxos and then driven to the airport at the end of our stay...all at no extra charge. We stayed at Petra Nera for 3 days and 4 nights. The owner picked two of us up from the airport and two from the ferry port, both got in later in the evening. When we arrived to the hotel the owner showed us two rooms and gave us a choice of what one we would prefer. The hotel was very clean, beautiful pool and a good location in town. We were right across from a grocery store and a 24 hour bakery as well as a 5 minute walk from the beach and many restaurants. Since the hotel was fairly quiet there was no breakfast buffet but the owner made us a delicious breakfast every morning, well worth the 5 euros. One evening we were having wine on the patio and the owner went across the street to bring us some mixed nuts to enjoy with our drinks. Overall we loved our time in…

Good Breakfast and the pool was beautiful and clean.

The staff is always very friendly and kind. The location of the hotel is great! It's close to the black beach. It has a nice swimming pool and the breakfast is nice.

Located across the road from the bakery and supermarket. Lots of restaurants close by, the beach is around a 10 minute walk. Nice pool and plenty of parking. Friendly staff.

Room was ok, clean, close to the beach, the breakfast needs some improvements and diversification. For a longer holiday, it's boring to eat all most every day same food.

It is a family owned place, which makes you feel like home. Friendly and very helpfull people, good swimming pool, well located, good breakfest and very clean. We ordered a transfer service, and the owner picked us up (it was 1am). They even helped us to rent a car in the next day. Really good customer service. Definetly recommended!

Excellent family run hotel. Owner/manager was always available to make our stay the best possible. All staff are very friendly and speak excellent English. Hotel is in a very good location: walking distance from the best beaches and down the road from bus stop. There’s a big supermarket and bakery open 24/7 across the road. Pool is excellent and very clean. Couldn’t ask for more for a family holiday. Great value for money.

The owner Gianni was super nice , he took me to my horseback riding tour & picked me up; didn’t even take any money from me:) He was very helpful with giving directions & places to go for dinner
